Virginia's Democratic Electoral College

Keep Virginia Blue in 2012!

Barack Obama and Tim Kaine.

2008 was a great year for Democrats in Virginia! On Monday, December 15, 2008, your 13 Democratic Electors cast their votes for Barack Obama and Joe Biden—ending a 44-year Democratic electoral-drought in the Commonwealth.

But there's still a lot of work to be done. Re-Electing President Obama and Vice President Biden and sending Tim Kaine to the U.S. Senate is vital—not just for our nation, but for our Commonwealth as well. Plus, this year, Virginians will go to the polls on November 6, 2012 to shape the next U.S. House of Representatives. Electing Virginia Democrats is key, affecting everything from the future of our port and the future of our transportation infrastructure to the creation of jobs and the success of our economy.

Please take some time to learn more about Virginia's Democratic Candidates, and vote this November 6, 2012 to ensure Virginia, and the nation, stay on the right track.
